Refund & Cancellation Policy

01 — General Policy

All sales are final. VaultAccess does not offer refunds once Discord access has been granted.

Because TheVault is a digital service where access is delivered immediately upon payment, we are unable to offer refunds after the membership has been activated.

02 — Exceptions

A refund may be considered in the following circumstances only:

To raise an exception request, email support@vedictrades.blog within 48 hours of payment with your payment ID and the issue description.

03 — Cancellation

There is no subscription or auto-renewal. Your membership is a one-time 30-day access purchase. It expires automatically at the end of the period — no action required to cancel.

If you wish to discontinue access before your 30-day period ends, your remaining days are forfeited and no partial refund will be issued.

04 — Removal for Violations

Members removed for violating TheVault community rules or Terms & Conditions are not eligible for any refund regardless of remaining membership days.

Include your Instamojo payment ID, Discord username, and a description of the issue. We will respond within 48 hours.
